Philippe LeTouchais, Puragen‘ Operations Director in Europe, and Stéphane Migot, French Filter and Industry Sales Manager, recently paid a visit to one of our UK service centres dedicated to mobile carbon filters. This visit was made in collaboration with sister company, Puragen.
Philippe and Stéphane were also warmly welcomed at Puragen Icon to observe the engineering and manufacture of mobile activated carbon filters, a process that now also takes place at multiple facilities in France. They also travelled to Immingham to explore the award-winning spent activated carbon reactivation facility, where there are separate lines for handling carbons from drinking water facilities (‘green list’, so-called ‘CR1’), industrial customers (‘amber list’, so-called ‘CR2’) and also the new ‘CR3’ facility designed specifically for handling heavily-loaded spent carbons from the biogas and biomethane industry.
This week of sharing experiences was particularly enriching. It allowed them to deepen their understanding of the operations linked to our mobile activated carbon filter services and to strengthen collaboration within our teams, in particular with Puragen.
Our Puragen and Puragen teams are fully committed to a process of continuous improvement and consider each visit as an opportunity for discussion and sharing to consolidate our commitments.
