For the first time in three years, the audit was completed face-to-face, firstly at our sale office in Wigan, the so-called Management System Evaluation (MSE) stage, then on-site at our spent carbon reactivation facility in Immingham.
We received perfect 100% scores in all categories – H&S, Environment, Quality and CSR – with zero major or minor non-compliances observed.
