Our two-year UK Graduate Programme has two tracks: Technical Applications and Sales.
Technical Applications
As a Graduate Technical Applications Executive, you’ll be part of the Technical team, supporting the Technical and Sales teams to provide first-class customer solutions while building the theoretical and practical knowledge required to become an authority in activated carbon applications.
Sales
The Graduate Sales Executive, meanwhile, will work at the heart of our Sales team, supporting colleagues with all aspects of the sales process while gathering an exceptional knowledge of activated carbon alongside the skills required to become an expert business development manager.
Both tracks feature a range of learning experiences, including classroom, shadowing and hands-on, with bespoke placements across the business giving valuable insight into operations and production and a full overview of what we do.
Our talented team is brimming with experts, so you’ll learn from some of the best in the industry, and an executive level mentor will provide leadership and guidance to set you up for success in your career.
