The businesses forming Puragen were all established over 30 years ago and brought together under Invica Group since 2019.

Julian Mash
Chairman, Puragen
Julian is the Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder in Invica Group, Puragen’s parent company. He has over 40 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, investor and business owner. His prior roles include investment banking at Goldman Sachs and founding the innovative private equity firm, Vision Capital. Julian also chairs the boards of Invica Industries (CPL) and Predictant.
Jason Sutton
Chief Executive Officer, Puragen
Jason is an accomplished business leader with global experience developing high-quality strategies for complex industries. As CEO, he drives sustainable growth and champions innovation, delivering solutions that support a cleaner environment and sustainable future. With a customer-first mindset, Jason ensures Puragen’s purification solutions deliver real value and measurable impact for customers.
Dave Lamb
Director and Shareholder, Invica Group
Dave is a Director of Puragen, bringing over 25 years of investment and advisory experience. He serves on the boards of Puragen and Invica Industries, supporting the company’s strategic growth and international development. Previously a Partner at Vision Capital and an adviser at KPMG, Dave has extensive experience across chemical businesses in Europe and the US, as well as hospitality and real estate in the Caribbean.
Mike Twist
Chief Financial Officer, Puragen
Mike joined Puragen in 2016 as Finance Director and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and performance. Focused on excellence and stakeholder value, he has supported Puragen’s growth as a global provider of activated carbon solutions. Mike is inspired by the team’s shared commitment to best-in-class service and sustainable growth.
Steve Bell
Managing Director Europe, Puragen
Steve is a seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience in the chemical industry, known for driving innovation and growth. Since joining Puragen in 2013, he has led transformative initiatives expanding the business and strengthening its market presence. With deep technical and strategic expertise, Steve champions a solution-led approach that delivers lasting value to customers and partners.
Mark McCormick
Senior Vice President, Puragen LLC
Mark is responsible for developing strategies to accelerate growth, advance innovation and drive operational excellence. With over 30 years’ experience in the activated carbon industry, he began his career in chemicals for the pulp and paper sector, progressed into senior management roles, and joined Puragen in 2019 to support its continued growth and transformation.
